Do you film full matches from start to finish?
No. We do not provide full-length match recordings or static documentation. Grow My Academy focuses on short-form, high-impact marketing content designed to attract parents and position your academy professionally online.
What exactly is included in the Starter Session?
Each session includes:
✅ Up to 2 hours filming
✅ 2 professionally edited short-form videos (30–60s)
✅ 10–15 high-quality photos
✅ Delivered within 5–7 days
This is designed to show what your content can look like when done properly.
Can we get more videos?
Yes if the footage allows, we can create additional videos. Additional reels are £75 per video.
Most academies choose to expand once they see the quality of the initial edits.
What happens after we book?
Once your session is confirmed:
👉 We plan, arrive, capture your session
👉 You run everything as normal
👉 We handle filming, editing, and delivery
Do we need to prepare anything?
Not within the standard retainer. Camps and event coverage are available as paid add-ons and must be agreed in writing beforehand.
What type of sessions can this be used for?
The Starter Session can be used for:

We focus on capturing high-impact moments for content, not full-session or full-match coverage.
Sessions are limited to up to 2 hours of filming. For full events, tournaments, or extended coverage, this is quoted separately.
Do you offer ongoing content?
Yes. Most academies start with a single session, then move into a monthly content system once they see the impact.
Our monthly system includes:
✅ 2 filming sessions per month
✅ 12 professionally edited videos
✅ Weekly delivery
✅ Ongoing structured content
This is designed for academies serious about long-term growth and consistency.
Can we book multiple sessions?
Yes. We offer multi-session packages, which are structured more efficiently than booking individual sessions.
Do you travel outside your area?
Yes. We operate through a network of trained videographers across different regions, depending on availability and location.
👉 Travel is included within local area (up to 50 miles)
👉 Locations outside are quoted based on distance (£0.30/mile)
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session.
The remaining balance is due after filming, before final delivery.
How many revisions do we get?
Each video includes 1 round of revisions, covering:
✅ minor edits
✅ text changes
✅ small adjustments
