Do you film full matches from start to finish?
No. We don’t do static, full-length match recordings.
Our focus is cinematic, short-form matchday content – goals, key moments, reactions, energy and emotion that actually help your academy grow online. If you want professional storytelling, not just footage, this system is for you.
What exactly is included in the £850/month plan?
Each month you get:
1x filming session per week (up to 2 hours)
3 professionally edited videos per week
1x cinematic highlight
2x social reels (drills, coach education, testimonials, sponsors, etc.)
2 rounds of revisions per video
Custom Instagram cover graphics
Weekly delivery (Friday - Sunday)
Private WhatsApp media group for delivery, feedback & planning
We act as your full media department, not just a cameraman.
What happens if there’s no filming one week?
No stress — your content doesn’t stop.
We always film extra during your regular sessions so you build up a content library.
That means if a session gets cancelled one week (weather, venue issues, holidays, etc.), we can still produce your videos using your existing footage. Your weekly slot stays reserved, and your content stays consistent — even if football doesn’t.
How does communication work?
Every academy gets a private WhatsApp Media Group. That’s where we:
Share video drafts & photos
Take your feedback
Plan upcoming shoots
Keep everything in one place for your staff
How many revisions do I get?
Each video includes 2 rounds of revisions.
This covers tweaks like:
Swapping clips
Adjusting on-screen text
Minor pacing/colour changes
Big creative changes after delivery (e.g. “new concept” or “different story”) count as a new edit.
How do payments work?
Retainers are billed monthly via Stripe.
Payments are taken automatically on the same date each month.
You can pause or cancel anytime – just let us know before your next billing date so we can free the slot for another academy.
Do you travel outside your local area?
Yes. We work with academies across the UK using a mix of local shooters + central editing.
If we have a local videographer in your area, travel is normally included in the retainer.
If extra travel is required (e.g. longer distances, special events), it’s billed at £0.35/mile (round trip) or agreed as a flat fee in advance. You’ll always know travel costs before confirming anything.
Can I reschedule a filming day?
Yes, as long as we have at least 48 hours’ notice.
We’ll move your slot to the next available date.
Last-minute changes (under 24 hours) or no-shows may mean that week’s slot is lost, as our team is already booked and travelling.
What if we want to change our content focus?
Every 12 weeks we review performance with you and adjust:
Balance of cinematic vs. coaching content
Focus on sign-ups / parents / sponsors / player pathways
Any new campaigns (trials, camps, new locations)
The system is flexible – we evolve with your academy.

Results will vary, but across academies we typically see within 12–24 weeks:
